I have a Autocar yard truck with an Allison transmission code. The truck was operable/useable, but the code was for transmission clutch life. I had another truck with same codes that was repaired at Interstate power systems in Butler, WI under warranty. The truck was at the Butler facility for a total of 8 days and was 100% covered under warranty. Butler is 2.5 hours away from my facility and Rockford is 1 hour away. I called Rockford, as that facility is closer to mine with vehicle information and inquired about schedule and confirmed the issue was warrantable. Danny in service would not schedule an appointment until the truck was dropped off on their lot. Truck was dropped off August 8th and Danny informed me that their schedule was about a week out. I waited a week and called for an update. I was informed that they should be getting it into the shop within the next couple of days. After several more calls with Danny over a period of 2 more weeks with empty promises, I was told the truck was in the shop, diagnosed and all parts ordered. I would be able to pick the truck up on Friday, August 30th. After several more calls and again empty promises I was finally able to pick the tru

High pressure fuel pump went bad and I took my truck here because of the good reviews. The service manager was a man named Fernando but everyone called him Fred. Brought truck to them on Monday and they called me Thursday at about 4:30pm telling me that the truck was ready. I can’t ask for better service than I received from this shop. Russ and Fred were true professionals keeping me up to date on progress. Great shop. Highly recommended.
